Just out of hospital 16/02/23 after Bicycle / Car accident with referrals ( from 2 friends who’d used Karina from same bicycle /Car accidents) for Karina Goodall from Stacks Goudkamp. I rang and was immediately passed to Karina. I was expecting an appointment with her difficult having 4 days earlier received a new hip. No such thing as Karina interviewed me there and then making me feel very comfortable. Her attitude and communication has been extraordinary answering my emails literally day and night also whilst overseas on a business trip. I never wanted for anything and finally on Settlement day recently Karina was outstanding in her negotiations with the insurer obtaining a far greater settlement than even she predicted. All this whilst near full term in her pregnancy . I could go on ….…. but I would highly recommend Stacks Goudkamp and especially the personal services of Karina. Karina Goodall was very professional to deal with in relation to my husband's claim following a motor vehicle accident where the other party was at fault and which left him injured.
